New UWG commentary (hardcopy) with the participation of IP partners of DANCKELMANN and KERST published

A new commentary on competition law titled "Fritzsche/Münker/Stollwerck (eds.), Gesetz gegen den unlauteren Wettbewerb" has been published as a hardcopy  by  publishing house C. H. Beck, Munich soon. It is based on the BeckOK UWG (online commentary) - edited by Professor Dr. Jörg Fritzsche, Dr. Reiner Münker and Professor Dr. Christoph Stollwerck, LL.M. Like the online commentary, the hardcopy offers a compact, structured and well-founded commentary on the Unfair Competition Act (UWG), the Trade Secrets Act (GeschäftsgeheimnisG), the Price Indication Regulation (Preisangabenverordnung) and the P2B Regulation (EU VO 2019/1150). The work impresses with its topicality and takes into account all recent amendments to relevant codes of law in the area of unfair competition. It thus meets the need of the legal community for up-to-date information in this area of law particularly. Together, the partners Rehart, Dr. Ruhl and Dr. Isele of law firm DANCKELMANN UND KERST have taken over commenting on the provision most frequently applied in practice - namely that of unfair misleading practices pursuant to section 5 of the Unfair Competition Act (UWG) – and have gathered and edited a large number of relevant court decisions in more than 900 paragraphs, which can be of great assistance to practitioners working in this field.
